Martine Goldman

Martine was born on the 25th June 1982 in Salford. From the age of 4, she attended Mrs. Dutt's School of Performing Arts until the age of 8. Since then she has been inspired to sing, her first performance being at the age of 14.

In her academic years Martine’s main attributes were Music, Art & Sculpture and Home Economics. Her dreams started to come true when she was accepted into Bury College on the BTEC National Diploma in Performing Arts. Her talents became more apparent and for one of her last performances at the college, she was chosen for the lead role of the Princess in the Christmas Pantomime.

From there, she took a gap year, co-writing/producing her own music. Alongside this, she began her career as a professional Theatrical/Media Make-up Artist. As well as getting into the top 3 of the Great Britain championships for Air Steps Swing Jive Dancing.

After her gap year, she moved to the North East to further study her music and acting, which resulted in her obtaining a HND in Music Theatre. Her last performance was the part of Jeanie in the musical, 'Hair'. She also excelled in Make up, Hair and Costume for local feature/short films, which have led to present day working in the Film and Media industry.

 

She has many interests, some of which are playing the piano, listening to music and has just completed her first poetry book, which is waiting to be published. However, she mostly enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends, who have been very supportive throughout her life.
